Adventure Team Club
Included in all of the figure boxes and larger accessory sets was a form for joining the GI Joe Adventure Team. For $1.50 you received the club magazine, welcome letter, a certificate, membership card, t-shirt iron on and a child size AT dogtag. The front and back cover of the first edition(1971) of the magazine is at the top of this page. There were three additional versions of the magazine released during the Adventure Team years. Versions 2 and 3 featured AT figures dressed in the various accessory sets, highlighted by a figure dressed in the "8 Ropes of Danger" dive suit with his helmet on sideways! Version 3 (see below) differed from 2 in that it included the KFG logo and the new 3D GI Joe logo. The fourth and final version (also below) of the magazine featured the photo of Bulletman, Atomic Man, Eagle Eye Land Commander and the Intruder Warrior.

There are stories about the exploits of brave men, men who have risked everything to accomplish heroic deeds. What we've done is to try to make your G.I. Joe equipment more fun by telling you real stories about real heroes.
We think this magazine is something special, something you'll want to keep for a long time. The stories are about young men, the kind of men that you'll be when you grow up.
Don't miss the great assortment of new Adventure Team equipment and adventures on pages seven through ten. This is a great chance to build your collection. You will find all the new and exciting Adventure Team equipment at your favorite toy store.
And something very special is available on page 9. Now you can help your friends get their very own Adventure Team magazine and a membership in the Adventure Team, too.
