Bulletman the Human Bullet
With the popularity of the Mego line of superhero figures, Hasbro once again looked over their collective shoulder and
introduced Bulletman to the Adventure Team. This Lifelike figure had only thirteen movable parts. Ads for the new figure
proclaimed "faster than the speed of light, more powerful than a dynamo...capable of crashing through a brick wall with his
steel arms." Unlike all figures issued since 1974, Bulletman had the old style hard hands instead of Kung Fu Grip. His arms
and hands were bright silver and he had a silver bullet shaped helmet. To go along with the superhero theme he wore a pair
of red tights with a bullet logo and a pair of red boots. Two rings on the back of the tights allowed Bulletman to fly along a
twelve foot string included in the package.
No play sets were ever issued specifically for the Bulletman figure. The possibilities are
fascinating though. Consider these unproduced sets:
