Eagle Eye and the Intruders

Following on the heels of the new lifelike figures, Hasbro introduced another unique feature, Eagle Eyes. Available in three figures, Land Commander, Man of Action and Black Commando, these figures featured eyes that moved from side to side using a lever located at the back of the neck. Also, for the first time the Adventure Team was given an enemy. The Intruders "Strong Men from Another World", were nine inch figures that resembled cave men. The figures had only six moving parts highlighted by a button on the back that caused the arms to move together in a crushing action. Two intruders were available, a bearded commander with black molded hair and beard and a warrior with brown molded hair. Instead of removable clothing each figure came with plastic armor, gold for the commander and silver for the warrior.
